Comes in a laminated thick gatefold sleeve and with ’white/blue’ ABC-Paramount Records inner sleeve (listing releases up untill A-57/ABC 480, March 1964). Repress with ABC-Paramount text on labels, and side written ’A-10-A/B’ on labels instead of simple ’A-10’ as on earlier pressings. This repress was likely on the market in 1964 and sold through 1965.
